Shaped square pipe is a name for square pipe, that is, steel pipes with equal or unequal side lengths. According to the national standard GBT 6728-2002, the structure is produced with cold-formed hollow section steel in size, shape, weight and allowable deviation. It is made of strip steel after processing. The special-shaped square tube lies in its material: Q235B, 16Mn, Q345B. Generally, the strip steel is unpacked, flattened, crimped, and welded to form a square shape. The usual length is 6 meters, and the large amount of 12 meters can be processed according to customer requirements. It is a square equilateral steel pipe, the shape, weight and allowable deviation are processed and produced, and it is made of Q345B strip steel through coiling. The low-alloy special-shaped square tube is produced and processed from low-alloy materials (Q345B), which is very different from the raw materials (Q195, Q215, Q235) of ordinary square tubes. The low-alloy strip steel (16Mn) is dismantled. Wrap, flatten, crimp, and weld to form a round tube, then the round tube is rolled into a square tube and then cut into the required length.
