Production Process

Production process route: 20g (Ti) boiler plate is a kind of steel with high requirements for comprehensive mechanical properties, relatively pure steel, and the composition of melting components and microalloying elements that are more sensitive to the effects of various properties. Therefore, the key to the 20g (Ti) production process is to optimize the melting composition, reduce the total amount of inclusions in the steel, select appropriate microalloying elements, use controlled rolling, improve the quality of the plate, and stabilize the application of aging impact.
