Product Introduction

The intermediate frequency pipe bender adopts intermediate frequency electric induction heating to bend the workpiece under the condition of local heating. Compared with the general cold pipe bender, not only does it not need a complete set of special molds, but the volume of the machine tool is only 1/3 to 1/2 of the cold pipe bender of the same specification. The intermediate frequency hot pipe bending process is the most economical and effective one of the existing various pipe bending processes.

The process of intermediate frequency pipe bending is to put an induction coil on the part of the steel pipe to be bent, clamp the pipe head with a mechanical rotating arm, and pass an intermediate frequency current into the induction coil to heat the steel pipe. When the temperature of the steel pipe rises to a plastic state, the steel pipe Use mechanical thrust to advance and bend. The bent steel pipe is quickly cooled with coolant, so that while heating, advancing, bending, and cooling, the bend is continuously bent out.

application

Intermediate frequency elbows are widely used in pipeline prefabrication in electric power, petroleum, chemical, marine, nuclear industry and other engineering fields. However, the IF elbows have significantly larger wave folds at the arc starting point, especially if the bending radius is less than 3Do (Do is the outer diameter of the pipe) ), the inner arc wave folds are larger, which seriously affects the appearance quality of the product. This is a problem that domestic pipe benders cannot solve and urgently need to be solved for decades.
