The simulation analysis of climate impact also shows that the light colored surface may reduce the amplitude of urban heat island effect. Recent monitoring experiments also show that increasing the reflectivity of roof materials can significantly reduce the building temperature. Because the roof receives different solar radiation concentrations and there is usually no shielding on the roof, the test of improving building solar reflection by means of manual intervention is more simple and clear. Other studies have confirmed that increasing solar reflectivity can reduce the surface thermal gain.

The laboratory tested and selected the roof anti-corrosion tile material samples from the anti-corrosion tile manufacturer, and the surfaces of all measured samples were uncoated standard samples. According to the standard test method, this test adopts the measurement method of hemispherical spectral reflectance. The data obtained in the total reflectance measurement is the solar spectrum of 300-2500 nm, and the incident angle is about 15 degrees. The total spectral bandwidth is obtained, and the spectral data is integrated.

According to the reflection characteristics of infrared ray and ultraviolet ray, the infrared comprehensive reflection tester is used to measure the incident light and reflected light. Each sample was measured five times, and their average values were used for each data. 

A total of 27 roof materials were tested. The test results provide six types of data:

① hemispherical spectral reflectance.

② integrated solar reflection.

③ ultraviolet reflectance.

④ visible light reflectivity.

⑤ near infrared reflectance.

⑥ long wave infrared reflectance.

The daylighting board is fixed with aluminum fasteners, and the waveform daylighting board is connected and fixed with daylighting board bracket and self tapping screw, and then sealed with glue. The position of the daylighting board is generally set in the middle of the span. The daylighting board is connected with a cover plate with a self tapping screw. The sunshine board has large cold and hot deformation and is easy to be cut by self tapping screws. Therefore, a large hole should be opened at the place where the self tapping screws are made. When installing the daylighting board, the flexibility of the daylighting Board shall be considered. The daylighting board does not need to be overlapped within 12m. If it is more than 12M, it needs to be overlapped. The overlapping length is 200 – 400mm. Two layers of sealant shall be applied at the overlapping position. The horizontal overlapping does not need to be trimmed. The overlapping of longitudinal color steel plate depends on the plate type. Generally, the ordinary profiled steel plate does not need to be trimmed. It is directly fixed with the color plate with self tapping screws and coated with sealing glue. The bite plate needs to be trimmed. The lap joint of the daylighting board in the longitudinal length direction shall be set near the sandalwood strip. The conventional classification of daylighting board includes five types: economic type, weather resistant type, heat insulation type, flame retardant type and anti-corrosion type. The commonly used specifications of daylighting board include: 750, 840, 820, 980, 950, 900, 475, 760, and 1m-1.2m wide flat plate.
