Production process route

The technical route of 20g is: high-quality molten iron → purification treatment → smelting of composition optimization and steel purification → microalloying and refining of molten steel → protective casting → high-quality slab → controlled heating → temperature-controlled rolling → plate shape and thickness control →Control cooling→product.

Smelting and refining process
